Camp Lemma is a one-week summer day program for rising 4th-9th graders who love math. Our campers learn, create, and play in a mathematically-rich environment, surrounded by like-minded peers and guided by our expert staff.

What is Camp Lemma?
Our Curriculum
Our activities allow students to explore a variety of mathematical topics outside the standard middle school and high school curriculum. From polytopes, to secret codes, to probability paradoxes, we try to give students a sense of the variety of ideas that fall under the broad umbrella of “mathematics.”
Our 2026 Summer Program
This summer Camp Lemma will run two one-week programs. Our first session, the week of June 15th-19th, is geared toward rising 6th-9th graders. Our second session, the week of June 22nd-26th, is geared toward rising 4th-6th graders. Camp will be in session on Friday, June 19. Tuition for each program is $480 for the week, with financial aid available via our financial aid form.
Camp will be held in the Proof School building in downtown San Francisco. Camp hours are 9:30am to 3:45pm.
Health Policy
Camp Lemma is committed to running a safe and joyful in-person program this summer. We ask that campers who are exhibiting cold and flu symptoms stay home and contact the program to discuss prorated tuition.
